Inside Connection is a Pregnancy Resource Center based in Rock Springs, Wyoming, that offers free medical and support services to women, men, and teens facing pregnancy or abortion-related concerns. They offer free medical-grade pregnancy testing, limited OB ultrasounds, personalized parenting classes, community referrals, options education, post-abortion support, adoption information, and men’s mentoring.
I started at Inside Connection in 2021 by volunteering one day a week, and in July 2023, they hired me as their Marketing Coordinator. Here, I learned the following:
- Updating Website as needed
- Designing and posting flyers
- Designing brochures
- Creating educational, encouraging, and informative social media posts
- Scheduling and posting social media designs and ads
- Creating engaging posts for Donor Facebook Page
- Filming Reels
- Composing quarterly newsletter
- Drafting Press Releases
- Billboard design
- Updating Google Business
- Networking with other businesses
- Creating social media giveaways to get more engagement and followers
- Communication with the Board of Directors about large purchases and fundraising
